Article 110: Perpetrators
1. Taking a person to commit suicide or attempted suicide by threats, ill-treatment or systematic humiliation of the victim ' s human dignity — punishable by force Work for up to five years with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to seven years, or imprisonment for two to nine years 2. The same act committed: (a) against a minor (b) Against a woman known to the perpetrator to be in a state of helplessness or material or other dependence on the perpetrator; and (b) against a woman known to the perpetrator to be in a state of emergency and pregnancy; (c) against two or more persons; (d) by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or organized group; (d) in a public statement publicly demonstrating a work, in mass media or information and telecommunications networks (including the Internet network), punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of between 8 and 15 years, with deprivation of the right to occupy defined or to engage in certain activities for a period of up to 10 years or without, and with or without restriction of liberty for up to two years.
