Article 117: Torture
1. Infliction of physical or mental suffering through systematic beatings or other violent acts, unless the consequences set out in articles 111 and 112 of the Convention have been met. The Code is punishable by a restriction of liberty for a period of up to three years, or by forced labour for a period of up to three years, or by deprivation of liberty for the same period. Two or more persons; (b) against a person or his or her relatives in connection with the performance of that person ' s official or public duty; (c) against a woman known to be guilty of a crime (d) In respect of a person known to be a minor or a person known to the perpetrator to be in a state of helplessness or material or other dependence (e) by a group of persons, by a group of persons, by a group of persons (c) On the grounds of political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred or enmity or on the grounds of hatred or hostility :: Dismissal of a social group; and) public demonstration, including in the media or information and telecommunications networks (including the Internet network), is punishable 3 to 7 years ' imprisonment with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 3 years.
