Article 127: Unlawful deprivation of liberty

1. Unlawful deprivation of a person ' s liberty other than abduction is punishable by restriction of liberty for up to two years, or by forced labour for up to two years, or arrest for a period of up to two years. 2. The same act committed by: (a) a group of persons by prior conspiracy; (b) has ceased to be in force; (c) with the use of violence dangerous to the public; (c) with the use of force, which is punishable by law; (d) with the use of force, which is punishable by law; for life or health; (d) with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons; (e) against a person known to be a minor; (e) against a woman known to be the perpetrator I am pregnant; (f) against two or more persons; (c) with public demonstration, including in the media or information and telecommunications networks (including the «I» network) (nternet) is punishable by forced labour for up to five years, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years. 3.
