Unjustified refusal to hire or unjustified dismissal of a woman on grounds of pregnancy, as well as unjustified refusal to hire or unjustified dismissal of a woman with children under the age of three, for these reasons — shall be punished by a fine of up to 200,000 rubles or by a salary or other income of the convicted person for the period up to 18 years.
