Article 17: contiguity of crimes

Two or more offences are considered to have been committed, none of which has been convicted, except in cases where two or more offences have been committed prior to the commission of the offence. is considered by articles of the Special Part of the present Code as a circumstance imposing a more severe penalty. 2.
