Article 176: Illegal receipt of credit

Whether these acts have caused serious damage to citizens, organizations or the State is punishable by a fine of between 100,000 and 300,000 roubles or by a fine of wages or other income. For a period of between one and two years, or by a restriction of liberty for a period of between one and three years, or by forced labour for a period of up to five years, or by deprivation of liberty for the same period.
