Evil evasion of the disclosure or provision of information as defined by the law of the Russian Federation on securities, or the provision of known incomplete or false information if e the acts inflicted on the citizens, organizations or the State are punishable by a fine of up to three hundred thousand rubles or by a salary or other income earned by the convicted person during the period of imprisonment. For a period of up to two years, or compulsory work of up to four hundred and eighty hours, or correctional labour of up to two years. Amount in excess of three million rubles.
