Refusal or evasion of a person subject to administrative punishment for an act provided for in article 7.30.3, paragraph 2 or 3, of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation State contract on State defence order or contract necessary for the execution of a State defence order if the conclusion of such State contract is lb is mandatory under federal law, punishable by a fine of between 1 million and 3 million roubles, or by a salary or other income of the wasp 1 to 3 years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to 10 years or with deprivation of liberty for a period of four years.
