Article 204.2 Small commercial bribery

1. Commercial bribery for an amount not exceeding 10,000 roubles shall be punishable by a fine of up to one hundred and fifty thousand roubles, or by a fine of up to one hundred and fifty thousand roubles, or by an amount of wages or other income for a convicted person. 2.
