Article 232. Organization or maintenance of brothels or the systematic provision of premises for the consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogies

1. The organization or maintenance of brothels or the systematic provision of premises for the consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogies shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty. 2. The same acts committed by a group of persons by prior agreement shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding one year. 3. The acts referred to in the first part of this article committed by an organized group shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty. 3 to 7 years with or without restriction of liberty for up to two years. On the Code, the provision of premises is understood to be more than twice.
