Article 267. Impairment of vehicles or lines of communication

1. Destruction, damage or otherwise rendering the vehicle, road, signal or communication equipment or other equipment unserviceable as well as deliberate blocking of transport communications, transport infrastructure or obstruction of traffic of vehicles and pedestrians on traffic routes, street/dopo If these acts constitute a threat to the life, health and safety of citizens or a threat to the destruction or damage of the property of natural and/or legal persons, the penalty shall be a fine in the amount of: between 100,000 and 300,000 rubles, or in the amount of the convicted person ' s salary or other income for a period of one to two years, or by compulsory work for up to two hundred and forty hours, lb 2. A fine of between four hundred thousand and seven hundred thousand rubles shall be imposed on persons who, by negligence, cause serious harm to their health or cause major damage; or in the amount of the convicted person ' s salary or other income for a period of between three and four years, or compulsory work for a period of up to four hundred and fifty hours, or forced labour for a period of up to three to four years. 5. The acts referred to in the first part of this article, which caused the death of a person by negligence, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding three years. 6. The acts provided for in the first part of this article, which caused the death of two or more persons by negligence, shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years. This article recognizes damage in excess of 1 million rubles.
