Article 27: Liability for a crime committed with two forms of guilt
If the commission of an intentional crime causes serious consequences, which are punishable under the law and which are not covered by the intent of the person, criminal liability for such consequences, only if the person had foreseen the possibility of their occurrence, but without sufficient justification, presumptuously relied on their prevention, or if A person did not foresee, but should have and could have foreseen, the occurrence of these consequences; generally speaking, such an offence is considered to have been committed intentionally.
