Article 271.1: Violations of the regulations governing the use of the airspace of the Russian Federation

1. Use of the airspace of the Russian Federation without authorization in cases where such authorization is required under the legislation of the Russian Federation, if the act has led to Causing serious bodily harm or death by negligence is punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to five years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in determinations. 2. The act provided for in the first part of this article, which caused the death of two or more persons by negligence, shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years. The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to ensure that the State party’s implementation of its obligations under the Convention is carried out in a manner consistent with its obligations under the Convention.
