Article 305. Exercising a judgement, judgement or other judicial act that is manifestly unjust

1. A judge ' s (judges ') conviction, decision or other judicial act is punishable by a fine of up to three hundred thousand roubles or by a salary or other fine. 2. The same act involving the imposition of an unlawful sentence of up to four years ' hard labour or deprivation of liberty of up to four years ' imprisonment. A court shall be punished by deprivation of liberty or other serious consequences by deprivation of liberty for a term of between three and ten years.
