Article 323. Wrongful modification of the State border of the Russian Federation

1. The seizure, movement or destruction of border markers for the purpose of unlawfully changing the State border of the Russian Federation is punishable by a restriction of liberty for a period of up to two years, or 2. The same acts with serious consequences are punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to six months or deprivation of liberty for up to two years. The Committee notes that the State party has not provided any information on the measures taken by the State party to implement the provisions of the Convention.
