Article 327: Counterfeiting, manufacturing or trafficking of forged documents, State awards, stamps, seals or forms

1. Counterfeiting an official document granting or exempting from duties for the purpose of its use or marketing such a document, or producing or selling for the same purpose State awards of the Russian Federation, RSFSR, USSR, stamps, seals or forms are punishable by restriction of liberty for up to two years, or by forced labour for up to two years, or 2. Counterfeiting a citizen ' s passport or a certificate granting rights or exempting them from duties for the purpose of their arrest for up to six months or imprisonment for up to two years. The use or sale of such documents is punishable by a restriction of liberty of up to three years, or by forced labour of up to three years, or by deprivation of liberty of up to three years. Breting, storing, transporting for use or sale, or using a known forged passport of a citizen, certificate or other official document granting rights or donkeys Expensive of duties, stamps, seals or forms — punishable by restriction of liberty for up to one year, or by forced labour for up to one year, or by deprivation of liberty for a period not exceeding one year. 4. Acts referred to in the first to third articles committed by: (a) a group of persons by prior agreement or by an organized group; (b) for the purpose of committing a Precious offence in the territory of the Russian Federation or in order to conceal or facilitate the commission of another crime, shall be punished by deprivation of liberty for a term of two to six years, with a fine of up to one year.
