Article 339. Deviation from military service by simulating illness or by other means

Refraining a soldier from performing military service by simulating a disease or causing any injury to himself (injury) or forgery of documents or other humour shall be punished by a restriction in military service for a period of up to one year, by arrest for a period of up to six months, or by detention in a disciplinary military unit for a period of up to one year. 3.
