Article 345 Abandonment of a dead warship

The death of a warship by a commander who failed to complete his duties, as well as by a member of the ship ' s crew without a proper order from the commander — punished is restricted in military service for a period of up to two years, either detention in a disciplinary military unit for up to two years, or deprivation of liberty for up to five years.
