Article 349. Violations of the regulations governing the handling of weapons and items presenting an increased danger to the environment

1. Violation of regulations governing the handling of weapons, ammunition, radioactive materials, explosives or other substances and items presenting an increased danger to others, if this has led to by negligence causing serious harm to human health, destruction of military equipment or other serious consequences — punishable by restriction in military service for a period of up to two years or held in custody 2. The same act, which caused the death of a person by negligence, is punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to five years. e/ Paragraph 1 of this article, which caused the death of two or more persons by negligence, shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.
