Article 44: Vivids of punishment

The penalties are: (a) fine; (b) deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities; (c) deprivation of special rank, military rank or honour; and (d) deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities. State awards; (g) compulsory work; (d) correctional work; (e) limitation of military service; (f) loss of force; (c) restriction of liberty; (c) forced labour; and (c) detention; (c) detention (c) Death penalty.
