Article 78.1. Exemption from criminal liability in connection with recruitment for military service during the period of mobilization or during wartime or imprisonment during the period of mobilization, during the period of martial law, and Whether, in time of war, military service contracts or military service during specified periods or times
1. Anyone who commits an offence, with the exception of the offence against the sexual integrity of minors referred to in Part Three (a), paragraph (b) of Part Four, part five Article 131, paragraph (a) of Part Three, paragraph (b) of Part Four, part 5 of Article 132, parts 3 to 6 of Article 134, paragraphs 3 to 5 of this Code, or at least one of the offences provided for in articles 189,205 — 205.5, 206, 208, parts one, 209, first, first, third, fourth, 210, 210,211, third, 220,c Article 221, second paragraph, of article 226.1, third paragraph (a) of article 229.1, fourth part, articles 274.1, 275, 275.1, 276 — 280.2,280.4,281 — 281.3,282.1 — 282.3,283 — 283.2.3 55.359 — 361 of the present Code, which was called up for military service during mobilization or during wartime in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or concluded during mobilization, during the period of military service Contract for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or a person who committed an offence while performing military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation During the period of mobilization, during a state of war or during a time of war in respect of which criminal proceedings have been suspended at the request of the military command Part (institutions) in cases provided for in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation shall be exempt from criminal liability: (a) from the date of the award of the State award, (b) From the date of dismissal from military service on the basis of article 51, paragraph 1 (a), (c) or (o), of the Federal Act of 28 March 1998 2. Control of the conduct of persons referred to in part one of this article shall be exercised by the command of the military unit or institutions.
