Article 88: Visions of penalties imposed on minors

1. The types of penalties imposed on minors are: (a) fine; (b) deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities; (c) compulsory work; (g) correctional work; (d) restriction of freedoms 2. A fine shall be imposed as if the juvenile convicted person had his or her own earnings or property which may be recovered; A fine imposed on a juvenile convicted person may, by order of a court, be collected from his parents or other legal representatives with their consent. 3. Compulsory work n/ are for a period of between forty and one hundred and sixty hours, are to perform the work which the minor can do, and are to be performed in his/her free time from study or basic work. Persons under 15 years of age may not be punished for more than two hours per day and persons between 15 and 16 years of age for three hours per day. 5. The restriction of liberty shall be imposed on juvenile offenders in the form of a basic sentence of two months to one year. 6. The penalty of deprivation of liberty shall be imposed on juveniles who have committed offences under the age of 16 for a period not exceeding six years. New-year-olds who have committed extremely serious crimes, as well as other juvenile offenders, shall be sentenced to a maximum of 10 years ' imprisonment and shall serve in educational colonies. A minor who has committed a minor under the age of 16 years or a minor who has committed a minor by a mean first-time offence or other minor may not be sentenced to a de facto deprivation of liberty. 6.1 When a minor is sentenced to a term of imprisonment for a serious or extremely serious crime 6.2 In the case of a minor convicted of a crime who has been sentenced to a moustache, the penalty provided for in the relevant article of the Special Part of this Code shall be reduced by half. The court, taking into account the circumstances of the case and the identity of the perpetrator, may decide again on a conditional sentence. 7. The court may order the execution of certain obligations under article 73, paragraph 5, of the present Code. No authority carrying out a sentence shall take into account certain characteristics of the juvenile convicted person when dealing with a juvenile.
