Article 90: Use of compulsory educational measures

1. A minor who has committed a minor or a moderate offence may be exempted from criminal liability if it is found that his or her correction can be achieved by means of 2. The following compulsory educational measures may be imposed on a minor: (a) a warning; (b) transfer to a minor; supervision of parents or persons in loco parentis or of a specialized public authority; (c) duty to make amends; (d) limitation of leisure time and establishment of special requirements 3. A minor may be given several compulsory educational measures at the same time. on the impact of paragraphs (b) and (g) of part two of this article shall be fixed for a period of one month to two years in the case of a minor offence of six months’ gravity. 4. In the event of a systematic failure by a minor to comply with a compulsory educational measure, this measure must be submitted to the State party. An ecylized public authority is cancelled and the materials sent for criminal prosecution of a minor.
