Article 95: Time limits for payment of criminal record

For persons who have committed an offence before the age of 18 years, the time limit for the payment of the criminal record provided for in article 86, paragraph 3, of the present Code shall be reduced and shall therefore be equal: (a) 6 months after serving or serving a sentence less than deprivation of liberty; (b) 1 year after serving a sentence for a minor or moderate offence; (c) 3 years after After serving a sentence for a serious or particularly serious offence.
