Article 14: Calculation of the time frame

The period of time with which this Code relates to the creation of labour rights and obligations begins with the calendar date, which determines the beginning of the creation of the said rights and obligations. The period of time with which this Code relates the termination of labour rights and obligations shall begin on the day following the calendar date to which the termination of the employment relationship is fixed. Periods calculated in years, months, weeks shall expire in the corresponding number of the last year, month or week of the term. If the last day of the term falls on a non-working day, the day of the end of the term shall be the following working day.
