Article 77: General grounds for termination of employment

The grounds for termination of a contract of employment are: (1) the agreement of the parties (article 78 of the present Code); (2) the expiry of the term of the contract of employment (article 79 of the present Code), except in the following cases: When the employment relationship actually continues and neither party has demanded its termination; (3) termination of the employment contract at the initiative of the employee (article 80 of the present Code); (4) termination of the employment contract; Employment contract on the initiative of the employer (arts. 71 and 81 of the present Code); (5) transferer, at his request or with his consent to work, to another employer or to an elected slave (6) Refusal by the employee to continue working in connection with the change of ownership of the property of the organization, to change the organization ' s jurisdiction (subordination) or to reorganise it, and by the type of public or municipal institution (art. 75 of the present Code); (7) Refusal of an employee to continue his or her work due to changes in the conditions of employment determined by the parties (art. 74, para. 4, of the present Code); 8) Refusal by an employee to transfer to another job required by a medical certificate issued in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Fede Russian Federation laws and other regulatory acts, or the lack of employment of the employer (part three-fourths of article 73 of the present Code); 9) Refusal by the slave 10) circumstances independent of the will of the parties (art. 83 of the present Code); 11) Violation of the rules of employment contract established by this Code or other federal law if the violation precludes the continuation of work (art. 84 of the present Code) The employment contract may also be terminated on other grounds provided for by this Code and other federal laws, Part Three being no longer valid.
