Article 119: Annual additional paid leave for employees with irregular working hours

Workers with irregular working hours are granted annual additional paid leave, the duration of which is determined by collective agreement or by internal labour rules. The procedure and conditions for granting annual additional paid leave to workers with irregular working days are outdated. Federal State institutions are governed by legal regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation, and State institutions of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation are governed by regulatory legal acts Amy of the organs of State authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation and in municipal institutions, legal acts of local self-government bodies.
