Article 120 — Calculation of annual holidays with pay
The annual basic and additional paid leave of employees is calculated in calendar days and the maximum limit is not limited. For the period of annual main or annual additional paid leave, no calendar days of leave are included. The additional paid leave is added to the annual basic paid leave.
