Article 229.1. Time limits for the investigation of accidents

The investigation of an accident (including a group incident) resulting in minor injuries to one or more victims is carried out by the commission within three calendar days. Investigation of an accident (including a group) which caused one or more victims serious injuries or an accident (including a group) An accident which has not been reported to the employer in a timely manner or as a result of which the employer is unable to perform his or her duties shall be carried out by the commission within 15 calendar days.
