When an employee is sent by the employer for vocational training or additional vocational training, for independent assessment of qualifications in accordance with the provisions of the profession On-the-job or qualification requirements established by federal laws and other legal acts of the Russian Federation (hereinafter — independent assessment of qualifications) The number of employees assigned to vocational training or supplementary vocational training is estimated to be about 1 million and the average wage at the main place of work remains at the same time. Education, to be subject to independent, off-the-job evaluation, is paid for the travel expenses of the persons concerned. When an employee is sent by an employer to an independent assessment of qualifications, the payment for the assessment is made at the employer ' s expense.
