Article 207. The rights and obligations of pupils upon completion of apprenticeships
Those who have successfully completed apprenticeships are not subject to probation when entering into an employment contract with the employer with whom they have been trained. If he fails to fulfil his obligations under the contract without good reason, including not entering into employment, he will return the student to him at the employer ' s request. The amount of the scholarship and other expenses incurred by the employer in connection with apprenticeships are reimbursed.
