Article 217: Occupational safety management system
The labour protection management system is a set of interrelated and mutually reinforcing elements that establish policies and objectives for the protection of the labour of a particular employer and procedures for the protection of workers. The employer is obliged to ensure the establishment and functioning of a system of occupational safety management. by the executive branch responsible for formulating and implementing State labour policy and regulations, taking into account the opinion of the Russian Tripartite Committee Social and labour relations regulations.
