Article 249 Reimbursing the costs of training an employee
In the event of dismissal without good reason before the expiry of the period due to the employment contract or the training agreement with the employer ' s funds, the employee is obliged to reimburse the costs incurred. The employer’s fees for his studies are calculated proportionally to those not actually employed after the completion of his studies, unless otherwise provided for in the employment contract or the training agreement.
