Article 150: Pay for work performed by different qualifications
In the case of a worker with a temporary wage for work of various qualifications, his or her work is paid on the basis of a higher qualification. In the case of workers with a piece-of-work wage, they are paid at the rate of their work. The employer is obliged to pay the difference between the two categories below.
