Article 262. Additional days off for persons caring for children with disabilities

One of the parents (guardian, guardian) is granted four additional paid holidays per month to care for children with disabilities upon written application. up to twenty-four additional paid holidays may be used once in a calendar year. Days in succession up to the total number of additional days off with pay not taken, to which one of the parents (guardian, guardian) is entitled in the calendar year. The schedule for the allocation of these days in the event of the use of more than four additional paid consecutive days shall be agreed by the employee with the employer. The procedure for granting these additional paid days of rest is set out in the Rules. by the Government of the Russian Federation.
