Article 263. Additional leave without pay for persons caring for children with disabilities

An employee with two or more children under 14 years of age, an employee with a disabled child under 18 years of age, a single mother raising a child under four years of age 30 years old, a father raising a child under 14 years of age without a mother, an employee caring for a family member or other family member with group I disabilities, collectively The contract may establish annual leave without pay for periods of up to 14 calendar days at their convenience. An employee ' s application may be attached to the annual paid leave or may be used separately in full or in part, and may not be transferred to the next working year.
