Rural women have the right to: one additional day off per month without pay, upon written application; and the provision of juices No longer than 36 hours per week if less than one week is not provided for them by federal laws or other legal instruments In addition, wages are paid at the same level as full-time work; higher wages are paid in jobs where the conditions of work make sense.
