Article 264. Guarantees and benefits for persons raising children without a mother
Guarantees and benefits granted to women in connection with maternity (restriction of night work and overtime, involvement in work on weekends and holidays, referral to Travel on official business, additional leave, preferential working arrangements and other guarantees and benefits established by laws and other regulations) Fathers raising children without a mother, as well as guardians (guardians) of minors, shall be considered, unless otherwise provided for in this Code.
