Article 264.1: Guarantees to the spouse of the deceased combat veteran
The termination of a contract of employment with the spouse of the deceased war veteran who has not (not) remarried on the employer ' s initiative shall not be permitted during the period One year after the death (death) of a combat veteran (except for dismissal on grounds set out in paragraphs 1.5 to 8, 10 or 11 of Part One of article 81, by paragraph 2 of article 336 K of the present (i.e. codex).
