Article 266. Medical examinations for persons under the age of 18
Persons under the age of 18 shall be employed only after a prior compulsory medical examination and thereafter, before reaching the age of eighteen years, annually. The compulsory medical examinations provided for in this article shall be carried out at the expense of the employer.
