Article 322. Arrangements for granting and combining annual paid leave

The annual additional paid leave established by articles 321 of the present Code is granted to employees after six months of employment with the employer in question. Annual paid leave is determined by the summation of annual main and all additional annual paid leave. Persons working in areas of the Far North and similar areas shall not be allowed more than two years ' leave, but shall not exceed six years ' leave.
