Article 324. Establishment of a contract of employment with persons recruited to work in areas of the Far North and similar locations from other locations
The conclusion of an employment contract with persons recruited to work in areas of the Far North and similar locations from other locations is permitted if they have a medical certificate or a medical report issued by them. In accordance with the procedure established by federal laws and other legal acts of the Russian Federation, there is no contradiction between work and residence in these areas and localities.
