Article 331.1. Special provisions for the suspension of teaching staff
In addition to the 76 cases mentioned in the present Code, the employer is obliged to suspend a teacher from work (not to be allowed to work) upon receipt from the law enforcement agencies. that the employee in question is subject to criminal prosecution for the offences referred to in the third and fourth part of the second part of article 331 of the present Code.
