Article 279. Guarantees to the head of an organization in the event of termination of an employment contract
In the event of termination of the employment contract with the head of the organization, in accordance with article 278, paragraph 2, of the present Code, in the absence of any action (or omission) by the head of the organization, Compensation shall be paid in the amount determined by the employment contract, but not less than three times the average monthly wage, except in the cases provided for in this Code.
