Article 351.3: Certain features of the regulation of workers ' work in the field of special assessment of working conditions
The provisions of this article set out the characteristics of the regulation of labour relations with experts in the field of special assessment of working conditions, which are understood to mean workers who have passed the Att. the right to perform work of special assessment of working conditions and certified expert to perform work of special evaluation of working conditions. Employment of this category of workers is regulated by legislation on special assessment of working conditions.
