Article 341.5. Subsidy liability for the obligations of the employer arising from the employment relationship with employees temporarily assigned to work under the employment contract (staff)
Except as otherwise provided in this Code, the obligations of the employer arising from an employment relationship with employees temporarily assigned to the host party under the pre-trial contract of workers (staff), including on obligations to pay wages and other amounts due to the employee, to pay monetary compensation for breach of the employer ' s mouth The host party is liable for the new period of payment of wages, leave, termination payments and (or) other payments due to the employee, respectively.
