Article 347: Termination of employment contract with an employee of a religious organization
In addition to the grounds laid down in this Code, a contract of employment with an employee of a religious organization may be terminated on the grounds provided for in the labour contract. A member of a religious organization who has been dismissed on the grounds provided for in the employment contract, as well as the procedure and conditions for granting the said employees the guarantees and compensation related to that contract. The right to work is determined by a contract of employment.
