Article 13: Derogation of an act of a public or local self-government authority

Non-regulation of a public or local government body and, in cases provided for by law, also of a normative act not in accordance with the law or other legal acts and in violation of the law e Civil rights and legally protected interests of a citizen or legal person may be declared null and void by the court. It seeks to restore or otherwise protect the provisions of article 12 of the present Code.
