Article 15. Recovery of damages

1. A person whose right has been violated may claim full compensation for the damages suffered if the law or the contract does not provide for damages of a lesser amount. the costs that the person whose right has been, has or is to be violated has incurred to restore the right violated, the loss or damage to his property (real damage) and the loss or damage to his or her property If the person would have received under normal conditions of civil turnover had his right not been violated (loss of profit), if the person in breach of the right would have earned the proceeds as a consequence, or if the person in breach of the right would have been in danger of being subjected to a breach of the right. The person whose right has been violated is entitled to claim compensation, along with other loss of profits, in the amount of not less than such income.
