Article 16.1. Compensation for damage caused by lawful acts of State and local self-government bodies

In cases and in accordance with the procedure provided by law, damage caused to the person or property of a citizen or to the property of a legal person by lawful acts of State bodies or mass organs compensation is payable to the authorities or officials of these bodies, as well as to other persons to whom the State has delegated authority.
